Garage sale Bracelet with strange hallmark

After doing some research I believe this piece is Mexican sterling silver
Also i think it might be from around 30's - 40's because it is missing an eagle or a letter-number marker
below are the photos
My MOM found it at a garage sale for a quarter and its so pretty i want more of it. I'm hoping if i know exactly what it is and where it comes from i can find a few more pieces like it you know.
