I have the SAME / IDENTICAL mark on a fantastic set (coffee pot, tea pot, cream & sugar) that I purchased in an antique shop 10 yrs ago. I was told that an elderly woman brought them in the day before & the shop had not had the time to research the mark. They are so beautiful that I just had to have them!
The "Bushal or Letter" looks like an H over a W to me.
I sure hope someone knows the mark!

Hallo teresasaul and carrie,
the hallmark is german, half-moon stands for silver and the crown for the German Empire, 925 for 925/1000 silver and the H over the W for the maker Emil Hermann Silberwarenfabrik in D-73550 Waldstetten near Schwäbisch Gmünd (Germany), founded in 1921. The company still exists and has the web adress
