I suppose, in some ways, this is more appropriate to the plated wares forum, but although the hallmark is rather unclear, I believe it is a German silver maker of the same general period an area as the other pieces I've described recently, and, like them, were among the pieces owned (and presumably purchased) during the 1920's in or around Mainz am Rhein.
The pieces are, sadly, damaged (and then crudely and badly repaired!), and consist of an odd combination of silver-covered handles and what appears to me to be decorated brass for the utilitarian portions. If anybody knows what these serving pieces are meant for (I think the largest one is, specifically, a potato-server), I'd be interested.
I can just barely make out the crescent-and-crown and the 800 fineness mark, and fortunately, on one of the pieces, I can see the hallmark clearly enough to say, with about 85% confidence, that it is the letters "EH" in a circle. I include two of the best scans I can manage, and a scan of the three pieces.
The decoration on the brass portion of the spoons seems to be a graceful strawberry motif.
While I've seen silver-plated brass before, I don't think I've often seen this odd combination of brass and silver--once I polished one of the spoons, though, it ends up looking quite pleasant.
Here are the best scans I can make of the hallmark itself:

And anyone who wishes to view the pieces themselves and tell me what you think they are called and their intended use as serving pieces, may view a scan of them here:
