Still a newbie here, but will try anothe post here to see if anyone might know the makers mark on this. I have no idea if it is American or not, so I am not sure where to post. I am ASSUMING it is American. Anyhow, any help would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone know if this is an older ring too? Thanks so much !!
