Help needed on Mexican 925 H.R.S. bracelet and earrings.

Any information would be greatly appreciated on this bracelet with matching earrings. It has 'Hecho En Mexico H.R.S. 0.925' stamped on it. The initials 'H.R.S.' are inside the circle above the '0.925.' I believe the set to be 30 or more years old and I assume the initials are for the maker, but his or her name and city of operation would be very helpful.
I hope showing the matching earrings in this post does not violate any of the site rules.
