I looked and did searches on your website. I found some similar style pieces on eBay and Etsy, looking for more information on this piece. They all say "vintage," and they give date ranges from the 1950's to the 1980's. (I graduated high school in '81. So what, I'm "vintage" now? :)) Some descriptions imply this is an Italian hallmark, but I can't find anything in your "Italy" listings.
I lean towards the earlier dates, as that's the style my mom and aunt used to wear.
