The firm of "T.C. Garrett & Co." is listed as working from 1851-1860 in Philadelphia, so we know the approximate date of this Coin Silver Serving Spoon which looks like your basic fiddle-pattern spoon.

The strange thing is, there are three accompanying hallmarks which I have never seen on a "T.C. Garrett & Co." piece.

These marks remind me of the marks of Albert Coles, but somehow they are different, and I do not believe these are Albert Coles hallmarks:

I was pointed in the direction of Henry Hebbard, and also I learned that Henry Hebbard was actually in a brief partnership with Albert Coles, so I wonder if this hallmark is perhaps from that brief partnership with Albert Coles?

: The second hallmark might be a "STAR" symbol, but it is extremely worn :
: The third hallmark is most certainly a diamond-shaped cartouche, and I wonder if it bears the letters "A" and "C" for "ALBERT COLES" :
