Hello guys,
is anybody able to tell me something about this piece that I've found?
I've been trying to find information about this P&RB piece, but I did not succeed...
Need an expert opinion :)

Anchor, above lion rampant, above letter code (date mark?)...perhaps shoot photo through loupe or other magnifier, tone down lighting, or whatever helps.
