Amethyst Necklace Sterling Silver Hallmark Help SHC Taxco Mexico

I have a necklace with 4 symbols (top) that I need help with. The 3 letters in the middle are SHC (Taxco, Mexico) and the last word says STERLING. What do the 4 symbols at the top mean? Not sure if my images went up okay, let me know if I need to fix it.
