James Dixon spoon

Hi, I’m new here.
I have a silver tablespoon, possibly silver plated. I’ve worked out it was made by the company James Dixon and would love to know what the other hallmarks mean.

I can’t seem to attach the photo I have. The spoon has the mark of the trumpet and H LD, the D is smaller and could mean Ltd. The last letter is A.

Many thanks
