Swiss? pocket watch, hard to ID

Hi,
I'm having troubles while identifying some old (70 or more years old) pocket phones. As far as i noticed that watch was imported to Germany and made in Switzerland (if i recognized some hallmarks correctly) but I still miss some important details, like name, watchmaker, date etc.

Watch seems to be similiar to this one but none replied there yet.
