Silver 925 earrings: mountain and moon/ sun hallmark?

Hi everyone,
I have these swirly silver (and another unknown metal) earrings and would like to know what the hallmark means on the back of them. It looks like a mountain with either a moon or sun above it. Attached are a close up photo of the hallmark and the earrings themselves.
