Silver spoon crowned with pine cone
P I perhaps received/gave this spoon and later the initials
GS were added and the year
1696

Maker’s mark clover; clover stem bent pointing right; unknown master perhaps for Jan Gerrits, registered in Leeuwarden 1625-1631
N.B Rombartus Salverda's, Leeuwarden 1662-1692, maker's mark a clover, stem of clover bent pointing left.

Thank you Peter! The fact that this was eventually reused as a funeral spoon is especially interesting to me.
