Butterfly Broach Identification

Aloha,
I have this beautiful butterfly broach and am trying to find out mote info on it. There is a makers mark but very hard to read. Cannot find any silver markings on it. It was really dirty when I got it. I polished it up and have looked all over for more information or similar pieces. Any help or advise would be appreciated.
