German Spoon ?

Hallo,
does anyone know who`s the maker of this spoon.The letter in the arch is a "D".And in my opinion the city could be Hamburg or Altona.

Hello, looks like Hamburg 1853 - ca. 1865. Maker F.P. is not listed by either Scheffler or Schliemann. Might be Friedrich Peters, born 1812, active 1841-1877. Best wishes, Bahner
