A small one.... 1/2 pint? anyway, I can't find anything that would do for a maker on this. The mark is almost obliterated but, you can make out what would be the "v" in the top of an (serifed) "M" for the second letter. Only other thing I can think of for the second letter might be a "K"> Then there's the first letter. It "looks" like the only (right leg of the letter beneath the serifed top) could be an "A", but I find nothing that might match.

Any thoughts welcome,

Any change the first letter to be I? Then it could be IM for James Mince, 1790..1803 (registered Feb 1790), and his mark was oval.

A question though, why an "I" if his first name was James? It's a cool little tankard... I imagine it was a child's cup actually because I said it was a half pint but it's not. I think it's probably more like 8 oz. volume or so.
