Poss elizabethian spoon??????

I have had this spoon in my possession for some time. would somebody contribute to my education and Identify the date and maker if possible.

Welcome to the Forum.

To me, this appears to be a latten (an alloy of copper and zinc) spoon, likely from the 1700's.
