Unusual Brooch

I have this unusual brooch and I am curious about where it was made. The hallmarks aren't that clear, but I suspect they might be Egyptian. One of the images shows the hallmark inlarged in the inset if that helps. I haven't seen anything like this before so if anyone can cast some light on this I'd be eternally grateful! :::: Poland had a silver jewelry collective called ORNO and I think you have the ORNO hallmark and the Poland silver hallmark for 800 fineness. ::::
:::: The other hallmark I'm not sure what it is, but the first thing is to make sure this is ORNO because it's difficult to read these hallmarks. ::::::
