I have had a look at your pictures and as a result have moved your post from the American section to "London Hallmarks". Before you try again with your pictures can I urge you to re-take them with a view to getting them in focus. The important one is the one showing the marks on the back of the handle.

Hi,
Image with the marks is too small; I can tell it`s London (leopard`s head uncrowned), mid 19th century (Queen Victoria in profile duty mark and Gothic date letter).
But, really, better close up of the marks is needed.
regards

1845, assayed in London. Sponsor`s mark cannot be seen. Looks like there is Journeyman's mark on top:the actual workman who made the spoon and who was employed by the sponsor, whose mark must appear by law and is registered at Goldsmiths Hall.
Family crest of the original owner.
