Hello, can anyone help identify the maker of candlesticks with mark I.H, London 1777.

Probably neither of those as they were both registered as smallworkers. Grimwade identifies another similar IH as John Horsley, the mark having been seen on 1761 candlesticks. The big problem here is that we do not have complete records of makers during this period as 2 very important registers including the 1758-1773 Largeworkers' Register have been lost. We will probably never be able to identify this maker with any certainty.
