Need Help With Marks On Georgian B'Ham Teaspoon

And yet another question(s). I believe this a 1903 mark but was wondering who the maker is. Thanks again.

John Sherwood & Sons, Birmingham, England.

(Edit: Premature post again, I take too long typing :)
1903 is Edwardian rather than Georgian.
J. Swan and sons used these letters, but I've only seen their mark written horizontally.

I knew it was Edwardian but I've been writing Georgian so much these days I wrote it with out thinking..Thanks guys.
