Spurious RC marks?

I think I might have come across another example (RC, London, 1793), as described below. Any ideas?

Yes, I think you are right. I don't like the shape of the date letter punch for starters.

::::: The Spurious Index is a helpful resource & now I believe I have a spurious sugar tong (the "66 articles" hallmark mostly 1783-1784) that I posted years ago that never could be idenfified. ::::
