Silver clasp, French or Dutch?

This big silver clasp has French hallmarks, but could be specific early 19th century and Dutch?
Any recognize the hallmark? Anchor with a D?

Belgian with marks of the French Empire, used 1809-1814. French rooster 2 for silver 800/000 fineness, Minerva head medium silver works with assay office number 27 for Brussels. Maker's mark D under anchor in lozenge, attributed with a question mark to Louis Joseph Dupret (Duprez) silversmith, born circa 25-2-1773, married to Marie Anne Bertand. He died in the Belgian city of Halle, 25-8-1815, active in Halle 1799-1815
