This Egypt battle honour crest (sphinx and 3) is on a silver dinner fork, Harrison Brothers & Howson, Birmingham 1899.
I'm guessing it's either 3rd Regiment of Foot Guards (Scots Guards) or 3rd (Kent) Regiment of Foot, 'The Buffs'. Both received this battle honour.
