Hello Bahner!
Thank you very much for your quick answer. In what period of time did Renthrop work?
Regards. Alex.

Hello, Rentrop was founded in 1825 and at first made small silverware only (buttons, buckles). After 1871 Rentrop (then run by the son of the founder) specialized in church silver and today is best known for that. It is believed that production ceased during WW II and was not resumed after that. Your piece may have been made any time between roughly 1890 and the 1930ies. Regards, Bahner
