Need help on Austrian maker

I recently purchased 2 Austrian spoons, and need some help with the marks. They both have the Diana head mark indicating 800 purity. However, I could not make out the city mark; I also could not find any information on the "PA" maker mark inside the cartouche. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
