Hello. It looks like the brand of the city of Posen, the master is poorly visible-BIELEFELD.There is something to say about the master?

not Bielefeld, but Robert Rehfeld in Posen

It was a mistake.
The name is not Robert Rehfeld
but HOEFER (Hoefer).

Posen is correct.
