Help Identifying Tricky Hallmark on a Ring!

I got a silver ring that I have been trying to figure out the makers mark for a while now. I have tried looking up loads of possibilities, i'm really new to vintage jewellery and hallmarks so I am still learning, this one is eluding me!

It is a silver ring with an onyx stone - the only other hallmark but the makers mark is "SILVER" stamped on the opposite side.
I live in the UK so i'm mainly used to see the full UK hallmarks - seeing as this only has "SILVER" and the makers mark, I figured this might not even be English?

What do you think it says? Any ideas who the maker could be?

Initially I thought it said "R&Co" or "F&Co" so I searched for those and found nothing - then I bought a little magnifying thing, and it kind of looks like it's a "J" not a "&" like I originally thought so I tried looking for stuff for "FJ Co" and "RJ Co" and still got nothing.

If anyone knows anything it'd be much appreciated!
