This pair of cocktail stirrers is marked with a tax mark and looks like 6 SC or JS9. However I cannot find a match in my books.
Would be nice if somebody recognize the mark.

Longdrink or ice tea spoons with straw “sipper spoons”, the bowl in the shape of a flower.

Try to clean the mark and make a few clear enhanced images perhaps it will help to find the maker.
