Hello there,

it says in Chinese: Guangxu （光緒）period 1875-1908
Fengxiang （鳳祥）common brand name or just means phoenix symbolising peaceful
Zuyin（足銀）silver

not sure if they are legit Guangxu period but it is Chinese.
