Help with India colonial maker's mark

This mark which I believe is "SO over QC" (?) is on a silver military (based in Bombay) trophy goblet, embossed with Indian figures and foliage, dating to about 1900-1910. Does anyone recognize the maker?

:::: Assuming it's Kutch Silver still cannot find a maker there were many many Kutch makers. ::::::::
