Unusual Stamped Silver Mark on Plated Coffee Set

Looking for some help in identifying this mark on a coffee set with a loose provenance to the Iraq palace of Saddam Hussain. The mark shows the profile of a long haired individual encircled by script. Thanks for looking.

Hello again
I found the same items posted on another site with additional photos
One of the words above the head looks like العروسة (the bride). Perhaps the image is the head of a bride?
Can you post crisper images of the text both above and below the head and of the head itself?
