Snuff box, Makers Mark and translation.

I have a Russian 84 Silver Snuff box. It's marked inside the box and the lid with a Maker's Mark AHO. The Box carries the full First Kokoshnik Mark while the lid has only the lady's head. Any additional information about the Hallmark and any information about the maker would be very helpful.
The design on the lid appears to be unusual i've been unable to find other examples with a Cyrillic script in Niello. Any help with a translation would be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately АНО is unknown Moscow maker. The inscription КАВКАЗЪ means CAUCASUS - the resort place in Russia. This box is a souvenir product.
