The townmark is very worn but the assayer is clearly AK = Andrej Antonovitsh Kowalsky 1842. Maker is F.C (or F.G). The only match I found in PL Moscow was No. 3030 but I could not read the name. Can anybody help me?

Hi! The letters should be EC (2453-2455). But anyway these are all for Unknown maker specialized in spoons production according to PL.

Latin F is more rarely seen in punches from Moscow. In my eyes the letter looks like a badly Cyr. EC (not a Latin F.C). Anyway there is an EC in Moscow 1833-1846. Unfortunately he is not known to name. Maybe somebody here knows his name?
3030 in PL is not either known to name. The text reads in Latin letters "unknown master" (Неизвестный мастер)
AK is assayer A. Kovalsky.

Thanks, Kurt. After examination again, you might be right, it could be EC.

You're welcome!
in a few years, Yefim Stepanov will take the surname Yaroslavtsev (Ярославцев) and the brand "ЕЯ" will be visible. More often on spoons.

Thanks again. Moreover, ЕЯ is found in PL as #2463, 2464 (Неизвестный мастер 1852-1863)! Is he the same guy?
