This is a shot in the dark!
Anyway, in Christiania/NO (Oslo) there was a master Jacob Ulrich Holtfeld Tostrup who used the punch "TOSTRUP" in a rectangular shield (among other punches). He was active around 1832-1884 He died 1890. The company ceased to exist 11/1992. The mark to the left in the upper row looks very much like Christiania's old town mark . The mark to the right in the upper row is most likely the zodiac mark for Pisces 18.2.-20.3. What the mark in middle shows I have no idea, sorry.

Is this the case I cannot guarantee. As said: "a shot in the dark!" Unfortunately the Norwegian marks are sometimes (often) incomplete and difficult to understand, so -----?

The middle mark (gothic M) is for E. B. Münster, assay master (guardein) in Christiania (present day Oslo) 1857 - 1862.
