Curious about Makers Mark and Other Stamp/Cup and Saucer

Hi!

This cup and scalloped (wavy?) saucer were purchased in the Nice, France outdoor antique market. I am trying to understand the two stamps and learn anything I can about this item. The stamps are to the right and the left of the handle and near the lip.
