Small silver cups

Hello.
I found those 3 silver cups in a giveaway box ( in Germany ). They have a lot of markings on them but except for numer 20 I can’t find any more info on them. Would anyone be so kind and help me out ? Someone on Reddit pointed me to your website and this forum. I hope I can find some answers.

The cups are not made out of solid silver but made out of a non-precious base metal and silver plated.

Most likely French silver-plate mark of manufacturer.
