A small creamer jug and salter, circa 5cm wide and 1.5 and 2.5cm high.
Doing some research on this set i bought a couple of years back. I had looked it up at the time and came to the conclusion it was Martin Mayer

Now taking a closer look I'm not sure anymore. The star above the symbol between the M and M is different to the pictures of other Martin Mayer silver items. Now I wonder if its possible the symbol changed in the late 30's early 40's when the political world was changing in Germany, and the star of david potentially could have been changed out on the makers mark, however i am guessing. What do people think is this Martin Mayer or a different maker, maybe not even German ??
Thanks for looking
