Serving spoon. 4 marks badly stamped. Cursive HB. Left lion rampant. Leopard head crowned, turned down handle. Possible letter in “J” form? TIA

These are tough stampings, but based on the leopard head I would say a shield shape surround dipped at the top and pointed at the base. The date is horribly smudged but that shape may help. Possibly 1764, but might another?
