"E.E.I. & Co." Hallmark? (Ornate Demitasse Spoons)

Stumped on another hallmark; it looks like the designer knew what he was doing so I was shocked to find nothing about "E.E.I. & Co." online. Anybody seen this before?

This is John Wendt's 'Moresque' pattern, design patented by Bernard D. Beiderhase in 1873 (D6967), E.E. Isabelle & Co. was a Cincinnati, OH retailer...

Thank you, WEV, should have checked your site, but just pulled the name from my files - apparently by 1925 his name wasn't remembered correctly (and my memory isn't what it used to be either...)
