Bracelet origin and dating

Hello everyone, I have this beautiful silver bracelet maybe from Mexico that is clearly marked 925 for sterling and also an OU I think, so possibly the O stands for Taxco from my research, but I’m unsure about everything other than the sterling content. I’m no silver expert. It is clearly of the americas, but the motifs almost seem like a mixture of different cultures to me, Mayan, Aztec or Incan symbols maybe? Does anyone have any insight into what the close up markings mean, the origins and the possible age of the piece? It is lovely and has a nice weight to it. It appears to have been worn a lot and loved. I am including a pic or front and back, as well as closeups of the markings I can see on the back, the stamped one and a raised one that looks like an 8 and is clearly not a reverse of the front side of the bracelet, but an additional, intentional mark.

Hmmm, I guess it looks more like a V than a U

::::::: I found an extremely similar bracelet marked PERU 925 and I thought it was Peru before finding that example because one of your panels shows the great god Viracocha which Is strongly associated with Peru. ::::::::: There was a large tourist flow going to Peru to see Machu Pichu and a lot of the silversmiths were selling this type of silver to the tourists, lots of the pieces have an image of the great god Viracocha ::::::::::::::::
