Egyptian themed spoon (pharaoh) but odd country mark?

I have an Egyptian themed spoon (pharaoh's head on handle) with 800 and an unknown mark.. indicating the country of manufacture? Any suggestions?

Optional mark of fineness 800 used in Italy from 1870 to 1930
