As everybody knows, it is always harder to give an advice based on pictures than on something you have in your hand.
Nevertheless :
The quality & style of the box seems consistent with a Parisian silver box of the 2nd part of 18 c.
It would be interesting to see more of the object, like the interior of the box, and the moving system, in order to confirm/infirm this opionion.
Marks are quite erased, which is not uncommon on these objects, but which make harder to give an opinion on it.
- on the first pic, from high to low : 1st mark unidentified to me, 2nd mark may be the upper part of the silversmith mark, 3rd mark may be the crowned letter date
- on the first pic, from left to right : 1st mark seems to be the "charge" (tax) mark for small item of Paris, 1762-68, 2nd mark may be the silversmith mark (upside down), 3rd mark seems to be the crowned E for Paris, 1768.
If the two marks (charge & annual letter) are correctly identified, there should be an additional mark : the "décharge" (tax) mark for small item of Paris, 1762-68, i-e probably a dog head profile (for small items of Paris during this period).
Generally speaking, marks seems consistent the one with the other.
