The second mark is a single crown for Finland. 3rd is the town mark and it looks like it has two fish for Uusikaupunki (Nystad in Swedish). 4th marks is fineness 13 loth and 5th mark A4=1882. The first mark is the maker's mark but I couldn't find any silversmith with initials ML in Uusikaupunki or in any other Finnish town so this one is a mystery to me. Finnish silversmiths are pretty well recorded so it's rather strange.
This is an a bit unclear case, but ML is most likely goldsmith M, Lundén from the town of Uusikaupunki/Nystad. He was active there 1881-1898. He drowned (1898) during a fishing tour with some other guys. I also had difficulties in finding the answer but I got it from a friend of mine.
