Cannot read the marks or maybe not marks

I’ve got a movable Pinocchio pendant the other day. There are two marks on each foot, one is 750 the other is OE. I believe it refers to 18carat gold pendant but no idea what is the OE means.
On the hanging ring or the pendant there is a mark which I cannot read.
On top of the Pinocchio’s head, there is a ring as well. One side is flat the other side has two markish stuff which are not identifiable.
Looks like they are makers mark or hallmark. But really cannot read. If anyone could assist would be very appreciated.
