Identification of fork and knife (fish cutlery?)

Can you identify these hallmarks for me? I've done a lot of research, but haven't come to any conclusive results yet.

Non precious base metal not solid silver, no hallmarks but silver plated mark

elsewhere as Ainsworth, Taylor & Co of Birmingham.
