Egyptian hallmarks?

Hello,
I’m trying to identify the hallmarks on this item.
I can’t read the inscription in the oval mark, but the rectangular one appears to say "مصر" (“Egypt”) at the top, with other characters and the number 1 below.
Does anyone know the origin, approximate age, and whether this is an official Egyptian assay mark or a workshop/maker’s stamp? Also, can anyone confirm if this indicates solid silver or silver-plated?
