Hi, I've looked everywhere but can't find who this maker is. Who is it?
I think the other images mean it is from Birmingham, is sterling silver and from 1928. Is this correct.

However there is just enough there to confirm that the hallmark is Birmingham, sterling silver, and 1928. The maker's/sponsor's mark, C&SLtd, is that of Collingwood & Sons Ltd, watchmakers & jewellers, who were based in Middlesbrough and had other branches in the north-east of England.
