help identifying golden earring - fake?

Hello,
We've found a single earring, looks like it was lost for some while... I am trying to find it's origin. I could make out the following marks, but they don't appear on the 925-1000 database:
1. "ИВЛС" - possibly the maker? No results on it online in English or Russian.
2. "585" - Should be 14K gold
3. Image looks like the second Kokoshnik mark, but instead of "84" it's "585"
4. The small letter (cyrillic probably) "B" next to the left of the Kokoshnik. In our database only greek letters are possible, so no info on this either.
5. There are 5 stones (6th missing) that look faint blueish.
6. it weight ~2 gr total.

Any ideas on what can be the origin?
Images attached the best I could take.

This is not a fake - the 585 gold earring was made by a private Russian jeweler, presumably S.V. Larionova, in 2008 in the Kostroma region.
