Please Identify this Mark

Good evening! I am having a hard time trying to find this mark and hoping someone would be able to recognize it . I think it's a W or a M and not sure if this is antique or a vintage piece. it is glided gold over sterling and the stones are genuine opal. I thank you in advance and appreciate any help you can give me.
